Lili Burrows (b. Los Angeles 2003) is a painter living and working in Brooklyn, New York. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts at the Pratt Institute.
Burrows' recent work explores her personal ties to cities integral to her family's history, including Los Angeles, California and Lafayette, Louisiana. By reinventing familiar landscapes into eerie, undefinable dreamscapes, these paintings seek to reevaluate the artists' connection to versions of these cityscapes that now exist only in memory.
